The J. Nicholl Fly Fishing Co. understands that things happen such as emergencies and bad weather. That is why we do our best to accommodate all guests and work with them regarding their reservations.
When booking a date, the full amount of the trip will be due to secure that date.
Booking Date – 7 days prior: Trips may be rescheduled with no penalty
6 days prior – Date of The Trip: A $25 rescheduling fee will be applied to be paid prior to the trip date.
Booking Date – 31 Days Prior: Full refund
30 Days Prior – 15 Days Prior: 75% of the trip cost is refunded.
14 Days Prior – 7 Days Prior: 50% of the trip cost is refunded.
6 Days – The Date of the Trip: 25% of the trip cost is refunded.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter as we must operate on a sound financial basis.
Our trips will go on regardless of the weather. Of course there are exceptions such as severe weather or conditions that are deemed as “unsafe” by the sole discretion of the guide. When a trip cannot begin under one of these circumstances, there will be no cost to reschedule.
Should a request to discontinue a trip be made by our guest, and the guide declares that it is safe to continue, there are no refunds.
